Perfectly normal to NOT sleep naked. Married couples sleep naked for obvious reasons. Some people sleep naked because they feel more comfortable with no clothes restricting them. Sleep however you want to. Don't worry how other people sleep.

That is a personal choice that each and everyone makes on their own. Having siblings or children in the home makes it interesting to say the least. That is why there are alternatives like pajamas, bathrobes and locks for doors. Many homes have master suites with bathrooms and bedrooms separate from the rest of the sleeping area. To each their own. There is no such of a thing as "normal".

I slept with gowns & pj's when I was a child but when I became an adult and started doing adult things then I found out how comfortable it was to sleep naked. Once you realize how comfy it is it's hard to go back to wearing clothes. I've slept naked for years now. Your time will come. Be patient & don't try to grow up too fast.

Its totally a matter of personal preference. I've only slept a handful of nights with clothes on since my roommate sold me on the idea of sleeping nude a few years ago and I don't find it comfortable at all anymore, but that's just me. If you have to share a room with roommates siblings or roommates (that are less open minded than I was to my roommate) then there is nothing wrong with sleeping in PJ's. If you get the chance to try sleeping nude though, I encourage your to give it a try.

I sleep naked. I feel like I'm tangled up in my clothes if I sleep in them. You may not be comfortable with being naked or if you share a room with your siblings, that would make sleep naked to much trouble. If you are sleeping well in clothes then I wouldn't worry about it, but you might like it if you try it.

I sleep naked and that is normal for me. What you wear to bed as long as you are comfortable is normal for you. Don't let someone else dictate what is normal, That is usually what they want normal to be. I know folks who always sleep naked, sometimes sleep naked and never sleep naked. They're all normal. I haven't wore PJs since I was 6 and till I moved out was only wearing underwear most of the time. Since I moved out I have only had to wear something to bed a few times. All normal.

Most people probably wear something to bed . Sleeping naked is absolutely swell (may I recommend cool satin-like sheets for your initial attempt. Of course you shouldn't around most family and friends but if you are on your own..why the heck not? They say that sleeping nude is a sign of profound confidence

Either way is normal. What is not normal is to sleep naked with people that you are not extremely close to or to sleep wearing some restricting clothing.
