A eucoelom is a true coelom so yes, humans are eucoelomates. Our chest cavity is our coelom. A true coelom is a cavity within the mesoderm whereas a pseudocoelom is a cavity between the endoderm and mesoderm that is filled with fluid that acts as skeleton for nematodes and helps to maintain body shape and transport nutrients. Pseudocoelomates lack circulatory systems so the pseudocoelom is used for this purpose.

Pseudocoelomate animals have a pseudocoel, (literally “false cavity”) which is fully functional body cavity. Tissue derived from mesoderm only partly lines the fluid filled body cavity of these animals. Thus, although organs are held in place loosely, they are not as well organized as in a coelomate. All pseudocoelomates are protostomes; however, not all protostomes are pseudocoelomates. Most known animal species are arthropods. Eucoelomate protostomes. Metameric body plan. Open circulatory system.

Becasue it's true. If you just use the word Nazi as a general term for torturer or evil person, you have no authority to actually talk about them.
