Absolutely, I always wear some. My husband prefers stockings, but when he is not around I wear whichever suits my fancy at the moment.

Hurray for asking the question. Women don't understand how good they look in hosiery and how bad the (usually) look bare legged. If a gal wants to go bare legged, I suggest slacks. Thanks to those that said they do!
