Chinese New Year - What would be a proper way to word an email.?

Question

I have clients who are from the R.O.C. What would be the proper way to wish them a happy new year and wishes for sucess in the future. These clients are very important to me. Any Ideas?

In Mandarin it is: 新年快樂 = Gōngxǐ fācái (commonly written as Gong Xi Fa Cai)

I am sorry you are having problems passing your english exam. I can not talk to you in voice but I can help you just through your writing. If you write me a paragraph I can correct it for you. Cheer up! I know you speak/read english better than I can write Chinese! The only Chinese word I know his Nee ha (hello) in chinese and I am sure I spelled that wrong plus the characters in chinese I don't have on my keyboard. Just keep studying and trying and I know that you will pass! There is an old childrens story here in the states that I hope will translate into Chinese well enough for you to understand...The little engine that could...... It talks about this little engine that has to go up this big hill and so he goes "I think I can, I think I can, as he chugs up the hill and when he gets to the top he goes: "I knew I could! I knew I could!" Think of that as you. Just keep plugging away and you will do fine.

I would be more particular than just a happy new year. And the Chinese part mentions success in the future.

I would say:

"Wishing you the best as we usher in the Year of the Golden Pig. Happy Chinese New Years! 恭喜發財! 萬事如意! "

Please note that the characters I used are in traditional characters for use for Taiwanese, but Mainlanders don't mind. But if you did the reverse (used simplified Chinese for Taiwanese), you'd be in trouble. Also, add Chinese to your language environment in your Operation System to make sure it doesn't look like garbly-****.
