It is very serious! Lay down and put your legs and hips up higher than your shoulders/head. I have become aware that you young ladies are not being told the complete truthsabout pregnancy. I dont know why it has changed over the years but back when we used to have babies we were to take it easy and be careful. even to the oint not to become overly tired. Our daughter believed the modern teachings and she kept working and she even limited herself to her diet and ahe exercised at the gym. She was tired and had a problem like you. She lost her baby and was very emotional. Fortunately she learned from that and took off from work the next time she became pregnant. She rested and didnt worry about gaining weight as before. This time she delivered a full tirm baby girl who is completely healthy and now she is back working and doing her dieting.By the way the pertains to the differences in the care of your baby. Be careful not to believe everything your told even if its a medically trained person!

It Depends, how far along are you in pregnancy because if your a month in a half pregnant you might be having a misscarriage. Call your dr. and ask him or her what you can do.
