Use your local phone book and look under "Bridal Shops".
Do a search under the Yahoo Directory for bridal shops and put your location in, i.e. Peru, IL.
Do an search online by typing in "bridal stores in Peru, IL" or "mother of the bride dresses, Peru Illinois". See what results come up.
If you see a manufacturer you like, see whether they have a website and type in your location/zip code to see which stores in your area, carry the manufacturer styles you like.
Have you tried shopping online to see the various styles offered out there for the mother of the bride and groom?

I DONT KNOW ABOUT PERU ILLINOIS BUT TRY EBAY YOU CAN GET ANYTHING THERE GOOD LUCK.
