can we see colors when our eyes are closed?

I see a brownish red color that varies depending on how much light is outside of my eyelids.

yes i can, if it has light it is red if it is dark i see black-red and sometimes i see odd colors you wouldn't see

I see reds and shades of black.
I dream in color.
