if you bought a ticket in an AU lottery there is a possibility BUT i reckon you didn't so it's a scam

Totally scam. I get loads every day and block them. Do not open them nor try to answer them, coz is you do then you reveal to them your password too.

The rule of the thumb is if you receive anything of that kind which is too good to be true, its scam. Block the address.

It could be false. I would suggest calling or writing them a letter via normal mail to find out. No matter what, don't email them back nor send them money.

Invest in a telephone call to the Australian Lottery or get their email address and ask them? Be wary.

If they ask you for money to get your money to you it is a scam. Tell them to deduct the fee from the USD 4,500,000 and send you the balance!

You know that it's false when they ask you to send money in order to collect. Throw the notification in the garbage where it belongs.

Tell the jerks to flake off before you notify the FBI. Send them nothing and give them no personal information.

scam. you cant win a lottery if you didn't put something into it. and i doubt you tried for the Aussie lottery
