What happened and how did you handle it?

well unlike blacks who like to use their color as their first choice. i have to actually come up with a VALID reason. not to say it never happens to blacks. but i dont think to the extent they ***** over it. i am white and have been in several restaurants where i have sometimes stood just to be seated for about 10 minutes.. and the place was not all that busy.. . after that i either find someone and fuss at them or i leave and go elsewhere. .. i have also been in places where i have been seated but then no one ever came to take my order. after about 15 minutes i get tired and complain. not file a lawsuit. i just attribute the treatment to the fact they are either idiots or just rude. i understnad you can be very busy. but at least stop by and say i wil be right with you .. i dont have the time nor patience to sit like some people for like 45 minutes before complaining. to me that only shows YOU are the idiot for waiting so long

Yes, we have a very bad local we rarely visit. One afternoon we walked in and there were at least 5 staff doing nothing really,the one waitor was having a chat with the only other couple in the place which continued for at least 8 mins after we sat down with no aknowledgement from him so my husband got up and went to the bar and started changing the TV channels and turning the TV up..we finally ended up with service then,
