I really need step by step instructions i have xp the latest version of windows if that helps you at all..i tried to do what someone asked me before but it didn't work mind u they gave me instructions for DOS( i don't know a soul using dos nowadays) cause they look so cool and i could make something cool for my daughter that she would love (a sign for her room) thanks so much and have a good night!

that's the & sign, type hearts, then type the semicolon.
& hearts ; all together.
otherwise, you could use the lessthan3 option <3

Hmm... do you mean a heart that goes with text when you type something?
This works on myspace, too... &hearts ... type "&" and then "hearts" with no space between them.

If its just on paper then you could go into your "FONTS" or symbles. Otherwise on here I have no clue
