Sounds like big time depression.
Get some counseling and you probably need some medication.
Depression is nothing more than a disease and must be treated.

Get plenty of sunshine & exercise,. Cut out sugar foods and eat healthy.

Get your mind interested in new things. You might not be able to go back to where you were. But, you do need to more onward and forward and become the best you that you can be.

Please get some help

This is tough. I've been through some long periods not knowing how to get back into the 'swim' of things. It helped me to find and get involved with a few people who were doing positive, worthwhile things. They won't solve the problem for you, and even good people disappoint some of the time, but if you can see some benefit in the world resulting, even in a small way, it should help.

Talk to someone who will listen. Talking is as much about hearing what you have going on inside than getting any feedback from the listener. When you can verbalise you emotions and thoughts, you will begin to understand what you need to do to change the pattern.
