Is the UNI1420011 model Unichip for Civic Si 2005 simple plug and play installation?

Question

It's listed on the Unichip homesite that some unichip's wire harness sets may require splicing. Does the UNI1420011 model require splicing?

I cannot enlarge the sample picture of the kit enough to tell whether or not the kit is simply plug n play.
