I have a Nokia N70.

It can access most websites no problem, I've used it to check on large pages in emergencies.

It comes with QuickWord, QuickSheet and Quick Point.

You can transfer files with the USB cable or Bluetooth (easier)

The screen is small enough - 176x208

It has a 2 mega pixel camera.

This phone is quite old now, there's newer ones out but it's sturdy and I like it. The cover of the camera make the camera less intrusive.

Yes to all questions LOL. I have a Motorola Q. You may want to go with the Motorola Pro Q. Warning there is a 45 dollar monthly fee for the internet.
