Most likely not or maybe yes. But not from your boyfriend fingering you. Most women's hymen are broken even before sex of any sort due to sports or any number of things. Usually if the hymen is broken you will find the there will be some sort of blood discharge. If this hasn't happened then you may still have yours or you broke it and didn't even know you did. Many people are under the impression that the hymen is located within the vagina. It is not. It’s a mucous membrane that is part of the vulva, the external genital organs. It’s located outside the vagina. The hymen is a layer of tissue, just like the tissue around the opening of your vagina that partially conceals the vaginal orifice. You may or may not have one, most females do. The hymen is not an indicator of virginity; a girl is a virgin until she has been penetrated by a penis. Many girls and teens tear or otherwise dilate their hymen while participating in sports like bicycling, horseback riding, gymnastics or inserting tampons, or while masturbating. A girl may not even know this has occurred, since there may be little or no blood or pain involved when this happens. The tissues of the vulva are generally very thin and delicate prior to puberty. The presence or absence of a hymen in no way indicates whether or not a female is a virgin. * You are a virgin until you have sexual intercourse.*

Some hymens are elastic enough to permit a penis to enter without tearing, or they tear only partially, and there is NO bleeding at all. When adequately lubricated the vagina is fairly 'flexible' and will stretch without discomfort for most women. Sometimes, a woman has sex for years with no real 'tearing' at all, only stretching of the hymen and then at another time the same woman might tear from 'rough sex' or sex with a different partner with a larger penis. Remnants of the hymen are usually still present until a woman delivers a baby vaginally.

The hyman is located at the entrance of the vagina (less than an inch in). It has a hole in it to allow menstrual blood and discharge out. This hole can be very small or often large enough to allow tampons and fingers in the vagina. It can also stretch without tearing the hymen.

No, I highly doubt you hymen is still intact. But most girls aren't born with a hymen or it wore away naturally.

It doesn't sound like it from what you're describing.
Why don't you have a look yourself?
Many women don't have a hymen or it gets torn during vigorous exercise.

You would know if your hymen busted...pain and a lot of blood...you can use a dildo to find out if you really need to know.it goes deeper than a finger..

Isn't a finger about the same size as a tampon? You have used one of those before (if you haven't, then you are really too young).

It doesn't matter. The presence or absence of your hymen has nothing to do with virginity. And virginity itself has more to do with women as property than with women as persons.

The two of you are treading in dangerous territory here, and your question itself tells me that you aren't yet ready for it.

You should both know the generalities of how a man's body works, the generalities of how a woman's body works, and each of you needs to understand how your own body works (if you don't, you can't possibly teach your partner how to pleasure you) before you play at this level or farther. In addition, you both need to know how to protect yourselves. And, because you are so close to giving in, you should slow down until both of you are emotionally and financially capable of raising and supporting a child.

I'm giving you a whole slew of links that the two of you need to read together, and to read and read and read together until you both fully understand them.
