You should choose someone who you really respect or really means something to you. It depends on what your assignment is whether the person has to be someone famous or it can be someone from your family. No matter who you choose make sure your passionite about your writing and you should do a good job.

Good Luck!

When I have these projects, I always try to pick someone who did created something that everyone uses, but no one has ever heard of. For example, you could do a biography on the inventor of a food, and bring the food to share with your class. Give aways always perk people up. Also, I love doing people in royalty hundreds of years ago, because their lifestyle is so different from ours.

Nikola Tesla would be fascinating! Sort of a Doc Brown (from Back to the Future) kinda scientist and interesting person. He was the first in many things but people don't know him.
