Everything! Played kickball, built forts in the woods, ran around like crazy. We weren't sitting inside watching tv or playing on the computer like today's kids. We stayed out until our mother's called us in for dinner and none of us had bike helmets or anything. Times have changed. Unfortunately.

We made "cornfield mazes" except we used sugar cane cause my daddy grew sugar cane. We went in my cousins barn and one of us jumped up and down on the hay and the other one shot the rats that ran out from under the pallets under the hay with a bb gun.
When we got tired of that either Aunt Lela or my Granny had homemade cookies with fresh milk. I didn't even know the TV could come on while the sun was out till I was close to 17.
I had a favorite neighbor boy that was about the same age as my brother...3 yrs younger than me, that I decided needed more attention than others did.. By that time we had figured out how to climb on the top of the roof of the barn to hide from everyone. :)

Built forts in the woods, played hide and seek at dark with flashlights, rode bikes, etc. Alot of stuff outside.

rung peoples bells and left a news paper burning on top of dog poop in front of the door
when the guy stamped out the fire we laughed
we also played kick ball but this was a lot more fun.

neighborhood hide n seek..where you use the entire street/neighbors yards as hiding places..aslo we would play house..like collect plants and stuff and pretend like we cook it and stuff
oh we would also play cars/driving..where our cars were our bikes and we'd draw streets/street names on the ground with chalk
ah i miss childhood!
