He could possibly like you, I have the same problem this guy I know and I like just won't stop staring at me. Well two guys, one is my ex-boyfriend in which case he likes me or one of my friends. The other guy could possibly just wants to talk and doesn't know how, just depends on how he looks at you, all soft and knowing, or wierd and creepy.

Well either your just hot, and he can't take his eyes off of you. Or he's just some random weirdo. There's plenty of them out there...Although he may not be staring at you at all. He could have a really bad lazy eye,lol.

U are obviously extremely ugly, and your nastiness is so terrible that he cannot look away, the experience of looking away may cause him to become blind. The transition from the ugliest thing in the world (you) to anything else could be devastating.
