Lots of women who have sex for the fisrt several times have pain. Your vagina has never been used like that before, and it takes time to seperate the thin layers of skin. The more sex you have, the less painful it will become.

At the risk of sounding like I was there I must question the fact of if you are ready and were you tense or nervous. If you were tense and nervous these would be the reason you are having difficulty with the penetration. You have to ask yourself are you ready and if that answer is Yes then consider using more lubrication like a KY jelly or something like that to help the process. Due to the fact that you may not be lubricated naturally could also play a role in why it hurts. Take it slow, lubricate and enjoy. Good Luck

The first it's normalto experience some pain....it actually hurts a lot lol I still remember, but nothing you can't handle. It will hurts less and less everytime...maybe for the next 2-3 times. Just try to relax....and try using lubricant, in my opinion I like ky jelly, it enhances the pleasure and helps with the lubrication. Tell him how it feels so he takes it really slow and you'll see that after a couple times it'll get better :)
Good Luck

you just need to have him do a good bit of foreplay before hand. The more aroused you are the easier it will be. I've also heard that you being on top the first time is a good position because you can control how much you take and how fast. Just let him know you have to take it slow and adjust. He can't be too big for you. If a baby can make it through that opening a penis is no big deal. Just take your time. Good luck

Anatomically, the pain is mostly the rupturing of the hymen. In theory, you could use a topical anesthetic, but this would also keep you from feeling anything else.
Yes, this is completely normal, but many a fine girl has dealt with "the first time"
My advise would be to relax as much as possible, as this particular moment is understably tense, and anxiety has a tendency of enhancing feeling, including pain.

Yes, it is normal to experience pain your first time but everybody is different. Just relax, use lots of lubrication, don't rush, have lots of foreplay, and relax. Finally, find a position that doesn't hurts as much. It is going to take a while to get use to the feeling and adjustment of having sex.

the first time i had sex with my boyfriend i wasnt a virgin so i new what it would feel like, but with him it just wasnt the same. the pain was unbearable!! so he pulled out early, like u did. but a few weeks later we tryed again and i put up with it and he slowly "entered" and it fit after awhile, and we were able to have actual sex!! lube is good. u can also try different possitions. =]] and if u go to www.magazines.ivillage.com/cosmopolitan it has some very useful stuff!

Wait until you're totally relaxed and in the mood and have lots of foreplay. Mostly, try not to be nervous, or you won't be able to um, loosen up.
Plus don't let that be the only goal or it's all you'll be thinking about, and go slooooow, that could be why it continued to hurt.

I've heard of lots of girls saying it hurt too much and had to stop. Seriously I suggest just toughing it out, once you get past the pain the pleasure is so worth it. c[x

If you are both adults like you say, I would suggest lots of lubrication and taking it slow.
And, it's a quick pain, if you even have any at all.
You may not even have any bleeding either.
It's very natural, so don't worry.
