She continues to follow him through the forrest- the scene ends with her proclamation that she will follow him, "to die upon the hand that I love so well."

In Act 2? All that happens in Act 2 is that Demetrius enters the woods in an attempt to find Hermia and Lysander, who have fled there in order to escape Hermia's father's harsh sentence (i.e., either she marries Demetrius, or she'll be put to death). Helena follows Demetrius, and, as much as he tries to chase her away, she continues to insist on her love for him.
