Centaurs have one set of lungs. However, they have to carry portable inhalers in case they get asthma attack from too much running.

Good question.
Centaur real or mythical is half man half horse. Eats more like a human than a horse and most of the same things.since they are suppose to have great stamina I would say that they have two sets of lungs and hearts located separately in both halves at least.

Well if centuars were real then i think they would maybe have only one set and in his human chest cavity, and the other systems would be spread out.

On the other hand they probably would have two sets then they might, have more then one stomach and heart. Confusing question but i loved answering it

good question :) ! I wonder myself what's the answer.
But I think they have two lungs on both bodies, considered they have human arms but also horse legs, human chest and belly but so does horse part.

there is no such thing as a centaur. They are mythological creatures made up by Greeks who saw Scythians riding horses and couldn't understand what they were seeing. (Those sneaky Greeks, spying on Scythians!)
