Does anyone know that there is such bank exist?

Not likely. I've never heard of it and I've done international financial business for 20 years. I'll post a website that has the major legitimate banks in Ivory Coast.
Please remember that there are many many financial scams coming out of western Africa, and it's been happening for decades. If you are being contacted about a transaction there that seems too good to be true, it is. If it involves this unknown bank, all the more reason to run. If you want to provide more details about why you are working with this bank, I can probably help you decipher what is going on.

If they're handling some major lottery that you were notified that you won, or the estate of someone who died where they need you to help get the money out of the country, just delete the email and do NOT contact them, it's a scam.
