According what are the qualities required to become a good Radio Jockey?

you should be able to read clearly, no studdering, and have a good radio voice. check how you sound in a tape recorder, you always sound differently on tape than the way sound normaly.. and you must be quick witted and fast on your feet.. worst thing in the world is listening to a radio station with dead air or a really boring person behind the mic..
