One of those things I miss are toy cars, like the Matchbox brand, made in England.
Today you won't find toy cars of that quality.

It really sucks when kids save up their allowance to buy something that looks really cool and it breaks as soon as they get it home!

Gee, I wonder why you can't find them anymore, where'd they go?

I miss the tariffs that protected our economic industrial base by insuring a level playing field in the market prior to Reagan.

I miss all those factories and jobs Clinton sent to cheap labor country's with NAFTA & GATT.

I miss elected officials being public servants, when did they become corporate servants? What ever happened to protecting our country and it's people from the foriegn & domestic enemies? When did our country's industrial base go up for sale? Don't they understand you cannot support a population or equip a military without an industrial base? (you can't get decent hot wheels or match box cars anymore either)_

I miss leaders who govern people and make the world safer for the public instead of making the world safer for corporate conglomerates.

I miss the middle class American once had, and the Unions who built it. Ridicule a few lazy, overpaid, union represented workers, and the public allows our elected leaders to destroy our economy. This is public service?

I miss the American Dream, it's becoming a nightmare, somebody wake me up.

Our society is on the verge of a World War, our economy is a wholly owned subsidery of an international conglomerate and you miss quality toy cars?

Man I wish I had your life, it must be wonderful.
