Medications = to stay alive and healthy
food and water= keep you healthy and good if theres any emergency
phone or some type of comunication device
If it's far then coat if needed, paper toilet for bathroom incase you need to go at a gas stop, toothbrush, clothes and so on. bring a bat or something incase people are weirdos or go after you and theres no safety.

My son gave me a very tiny green bear and a very tiny green frog when he was young. I kept those two items and his photo in the breast pocket of my uniform everyday I worked. I still carry them with me, wherever I go, and they are on my nightstand at home.
