There are a few good websites that host anime radio stations.
Already mentioned http://www.gendou.com has a good online radio station.
another would would be Animenfo radio another good streaming station for anime music and requests for anime music: http://www.animenfo.com/radio/playing.php
Keiichi.net also has an anime radio station: http://radio.keiichi.net/index2.php
and kawaii radio is another good one for anime/jpop music: http://kawaii-radio.net/
one more is japan a radio: http://www.japanaradio.com/

Well, I usually listen to anime radio on AOL. You can goto radio@aol. And choose anime radio off the list...it's usually under sountracks section.
