i have a mazda millinea 95 and it the second time it has jumped y dose it keep doing that

first of all you should replace the t-belt every 60000 miles as scheduled maintenance. if you have relaced the belt and it jumped before your next milage replacement was due, whoever replaced the belt probably didn't replace the tensioner &/or idler pulleys at that time. also some timing belts drive the water pump, any of these pulleys have bearings that can go bad and cause the belt to jump. one other thing to check for is, you need to see if oil is getting on the belt causing it to jump. hope this helps.
