Wow, you think you are old enough to have sex and have no real knowledge of it.
What do you mean it was a short time. So he didn't take long to ejaculate and you feel that because it was only for a little bit you don't know if you could get pregnant.
Dumb is Dumb, I am sorry to sound rude, but it doesn't matter how long it took if he entered into you then YES of course you could get pregnant. Take a morning after pill, because I am sure you are not old enough to raise a baby.
And get on the pill if you are going to have unprotected sex, it is your responsibility.

You can get pregnant from unprotected sex. It does not matter if he ejaculates in you or not. More likely, however, you now have an STD.

You will need to go to a doctor ASAP to talk about getting the morning after pill (plan B) ASAP. You can get it from any doctor or clinic. You need to go within 24 hours of the unprotected sex for it to be most effective against pregnancy. You'll also need to take a pregnancy test at some point (not yet, it is too early, of course).

Also, you will need to ask your doctor about when you should get your STD test. They will take a urine sample and blood sample to test for HIV, chlamydia, HPV, gonorrhea, etc.

Finally, I'm sure this is obvious now, and i am sure you have learned a valuable lesson from all this, but do not EVER have unprotected sex. It is not worth the risk of getting an STD that will kill you or be with you your whole life. Further, having a baby at 14 hurts unbelievably badly and usually has severe complications.

Good Luck.

Yes you could be pregnant. If you don't get your period on the date, get a pregnancy test and test yourself. Be happy if you're not and let this be a lesson to you, from now on stay off the sex and concentrate on your school work. You're too young to ruin your life with a baby you can't care for. Think about this real hard!
The sex isn't worth it. You can have lots after you're grown up and have a job. Besides you're not emotionally ready and you won't even enjoy it. And you know what your reputation will be if you continue having sex, if that guy breaks up with you, word gets around that you're an easy lay. And that isn't what you want in life, now is it?
I wish you the best of luck and hope you make the right decision.

OK listen and remember this is a guys perspective on this, but what I think you should do is confide in your mom about what happen and get her help on this instead of everyone else who will tell you are stupid and stuff like that. At 14 it may be time to talk to mom and have her go with you to a doctor, talk about plan B and get yourself on some sort of birth control. Then while your at the doctor have him/her do some baseline blood work for you to come back and follow up with to find out if you got any STD's while having your unprotected sex. Please talk to mom and good luck.

Signs of Ovulation
Through personal experience as well as research - it has been found that if you have sex near the time of ovulation your chances of conceiving are the greatest. Learning how to tell when your body is ovulating is the key.

To determine when you are likely to ovulate - you determine when your next period is due and count back 12 to 16 days. This gives you a the number of days when a woman most likely begins ovulating.

Using an ovulation calendar or ovulation predictor kits do the work for you, but learning as much as you can about your own body is also recommended.

Gathering all the clues you can will definitely benefit your ability to pin point your time of ovulation and ultimately time intercourse so conception can occur.

There will be changes in your cervical mucus.
The amount of cervical mucus increases as well as the texture.

The quantity and texture change indicates the rising levels of estrogen. When the cervical mucus resembles raw egg whites, woman is generally considered to be at her most fertile.

It is this mucus, resembling raw egg whites, which coats the path that the sperm will take on it's journey through the uterus, into the fallopian tubes and to your eggs.

Your body temperature will rise.

After you have ovulated, your temperatures can increases, and that's what the basal body temperature thermometer detects. When your temperature rises sharply, it means you have ovulated and your body has released the egg. This stimulates the production of the hormone progesterone, which makes your body temperature elevate.

A woman is at her most fertile those 2 to 3 days before her temperature rises, and sometimes it takes up to 2 days AFTER ovulation for the progesterone to rise enough to raise your body's temperature.

This is why it is always recommended that you chart your temperature each morning for a few months. The better you are able to detect a pattern and pinpoint your likely ovulatory date, the better your chances are.

Lower abdominal discomfort.

There are women actually can feel when their bodies are ovulating. The feelings are said to range from mild aches to severe pain, and can last from a short minute up to a couple of hours.

Well, all you can do is either take a pregnancy test (but don't just leave the box out in the open for everyone to see) or wait for your next period. At your age, the person you had sex with probably doesn't have a desease, (but I'm assuming that they are about your age) so I wouldn't be so worried about that.

wait until your next period. if you're late, take a pregnancy test a day or two after you would've started your period.

things to remember::
if your period starts but it's extremely light more so than usual, you could still be pregnant and should still take a test.

take the test in the morning, your first pee has the most hormones and should be the most accurate for the pregnancy test.

OMG...are you serious. With the "age of information" you didnt know that you could get pregnant from UPS. Sad...but yes. Men have a pre-ejaculation that included a small amount of semen. You may want to either get an OTC or go to the doc and get a pregnancy test.
