You definetly need to lay down the law. Getting drunk is not acceptable behavior for women. Not to say I've never been my self but the few times I rember were on my 21st birthday and things like that. All time which I had my husbands permission. I think a spanking is in order for these 2 young ladies. You should be firm but fair. Dont give into there whining and crying about how they will be good. You know they wont be unless they feel some heat on there seat to make them think twicr before they pull a stunt like this again.

What kind of "law laying" would I expect from you? I'm not sure... From reading your previous questions and so on, I guess I'd expect (or recommend to you)....
First... Your girlfriends should have to apologize to you for going against your wishes and forcing you to have to take the time to punish them for their behavior. If they live near you, I guess you should spank them too...
Then on their next night off, a night in which they would usually go out and party, they should both have to stay home and stand in the corner to reflect on their actions. Corner time should be ten minutes for every drink they had and ten minutes for every hour they spent drinking. So if they had five drinks in three hours, they would spend 80 mintues in the corner. (Though actually, I think you should be nice and let them sit down in the corner... standing in place for over an hour would really suck.)
Then they should have to write you a short essay on why women shouldn't drink or get drunk. In the essay, your girlfriends should list other more "productive" things they could have been doing with their time besides drinking. At the conclusion of the essay, they should give an explanation on what they think their next punishment should entail if they ever get caught being under the influence again.
