I found out my now ex said some hurtful things about me to the girl he was seeing. He told her he was not attracted to me and that he never really loved me. We were together for 2 yrs. I know he was attracted and I know that I am physically attractive. She is the one who told me. When I confronted him, he said it was not true. But why would he stay with a liar, and if he did really say it...why?

I care because I never expected it from him and to be honest it hurt...alot.:(

he probly never said it, She might be the one who made it up and said that he said that , just beacuse she wanted you to feel bad or beacuse shes jealous..shes just a hatter and shes trying to start trouble, dont listen to her and dont pay her any mind..and also never show her that your feelings are hurt, beacuse that is what she is trying to do anyway,so dont give this troublemaker the satisfaction....dont worry you will find the right guy in time, good luck in the futire

I think you should stop worrying so much what people think & say about you. You know who you are and you know the truth. You're placing your own sense of self-worth in the hands of others. That's not a wise thing to do. When you give up that control to someone else is when you become one miserable little person. They can't hurt you unless you let them. Let them go and move on. They are not people who deserve to be in your life. Their loss.

MiaMia. sorry to hear this and I bet it did hurt. If he was with you for two years..your darn right he was attracted and cared deeply for you..take heart.
He may be telling his new girlfriend this to spare her feelings or maybe even to convince himself that he no longer cares...but deep down I'm sure he does. Try to get on with yoiur life and find that special someone for you.
Good Luck!!

I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I'm sure you're attractive. One of them is lying, but I would just move on.

Forget it and get over it. Its ancient history and he obviously isn't worth much. Chalk it up as a great leaning experience.
