Heh! No, no. There are many kinds of hormones that can stimulate hair growth (check hairline restoration forums if you're interested), but those produced by the human body certainly won't be... down there.
If he really has noticed a signifigant increase in hair growth, it may be due to an increase in testoterone... maybe he hasn't been having sex or masturbating lately.
Simply put, cunnilingus WILL NOT cause you to grow a mustache.

I really don't see how this is logical at all. I mean, the guy could've forgotten the last time that he shaved, or he could just be saying that to be a jerk. Also, he may just be pretty stupid and actually believe that doing that to you would have an effect on his hair growth. I really don't know what on earth could be in vaginal fluids, or on the vagina that would stimulate hair growth on someone's face. Anyways....good luck with that...tell your ex he's a dumbass.
