seriously i havent remembered a dream in forever... i used 2 be able to have lucid dreams when i was younger... i did stuff like get chased by lions... hunded by chuckie... turned into a demon and fought vampires... got chased by mechanic spiders... got messed with by talkin wolves.. got in knife fights, met my wife, froze time.... now its like.... nuthin.. i lie awake in bed 4 bout 2 hours then i wake up with a feint clue as to what a stagment image in it might of been... or a key word lingering in my mind..... i fell as if im wasteing my nights and might as well not sleep elp me out eh?

i was told what u eat at dinner like what foods u eat can make u forget or remember dreams eat the right food haha

try a high dose of vitamin b6 before bedtime, guaranteed vivid dreams!
