PS I'm not an emo fan...just like the song. I didn't even know what emo was until 2 months ago. Just curious. Dont have to jump down my throat about it. Thanks.

It's abou t them being tired of the way people treat them. You know you've got the people that post all over the internet that they're all gay and they're music sucks. And then the people that think everyone only likes them because it's the 'cool thing to do'. Not all FOB fans are emo, I'm not emo and I love that band to pieces. I think the whole world needs to learn what the word means before they start throwing it at everyone they see.
Pete says the song is about his frustration with the ever growing emo scene. And the reason he made it their first single is because it had the right message even though there were songs on the album that probably would've been bigger hits. ~LOVE

he's kinda right...one of the lines in the song says "bandwagons full, please catch another" they are sort of admitting that they are a passing fad, and that everyone is just jumping on the bandwagon by listening to them.
and all you emo fands, dont go jumping down my throat untill youve listend to some music with more than three chords in it.
