MIne's the best. I don't know about the worst but I've seen some hideous ones. Some of the yahoo avatar faces seriously look mentally retarded, and for some reson, people still choose them.

i really don't know, but chicken boy's avatar is pretty cool. as for which i hate.. the ones where the guys think they are all mighty buffy arnlody swarzenegery and they lift their shirt up or take it off.. KEEP IT ON GUYS =)

there are some clown faces that really freak me out...in that respect they are the best...but there are also some really cool looking fantasy avatars that i like a whole bunch...
