if donald duck doesnt wear pants, then why does he wrap a towel around himself when he gets out of the shower????

The director just wants to make it funny. Donald duck doesn't really notice that, but when he is naked he fells embarrased, which resembles us coming out the shower

come on it a cartoon, he talks, he has a dog and a mice for frens and he wear clothes, the person who created it want the characters to act like humans, so by wrappinga towel around after a shower it just like wat most humans do after a shower it also the same like bath robe.

So no predators take advantage of his wet feathers. He has to be able to fly to safety at a moment's notice.
