Who is the poet who writes Ed and Ted have Spaceships?

There is a poem and i like it, but i need to find out who the poet is to this poem! Can anybody help me?

These three poems were written by Jeff during his freshman year ('92/'93) at Oberlin (Jeff Hostetler).

Jeff was born in 1974 in Cheverly, Maryland. He moved to Derwood in 1980. He has attended Candlewood Elementary School, Lakewood Elementary School, Redland Middle School, Takoma Park Intermediate School, and, of course, Montgomery Blair High School. His interests include hiking, camping, canoeing, scuba diving, computer programming, playing computer games, and writing. His writings include A Very Stupid Christmas (published in Assorted Dementia), The Penguin, the Cat, and the Water Buffalo (to be published in the 1991-92 Silver Quill), and Eddie Pus Tex (which got him into college). He has been writing Poems of the Day since his sophomore year. He credits A. A. Milne, Dr. Suess, Lewis Caroll, and Shel Silverstien as his poetic influences, and he thinks that e. e. cummings is "a wuss." He is going to Oberlin College next year and is currently developing a senior slump. He welcomes fan mail, and especially welcomes fan female.
