Gee, now I'm afraid to agree with you! This kind of puts me in a tough spot because if I disagree, I will be lying, and if I agree I will be doing what you don't like.
Oh the pressure! THE PRESSURE!
I'll try this....

Yes. I have a similar question I was telling someone about the other day. The question was have their been any actual cases of people slipping on a banana peel. My grandmother slipped on a banana when I was about 6 years old and she broke her leg. I didn't think that was anything but TV but I went in the kitchen and place a banana peel on the floor with the inside on the floor. I started walking and just walked right on top of it and it actually slipped right under me and I fell backwards. I told the person this story and he gave the best answer to a girl that said there was no actual recorded case of anyone that has ever slipped on a banana peel and that it was just a myth and put some kind of link up there. He gave her the best answer and I was thinking - He needs to try it for himself and he will know the truth! LoL! But this story really happened.

You're right. If people just wanted someone to agree with their opinion, it's not exactly fair to the other people who answered. And copying a Wiki-page verbatim is sooo cheating!
(and I didn't just post this to get a best answer. I actually agree)

Well I don't agree with your first statement b/c if it is a viewpoint who is to say what is right or wrong. I usually pick the answer that matches my viewpoint. But when is comes to factual questions there is only one right answer, and yes I hate the copy/paste bit.

I think it's fun reading all the answers even the dumb ones. I'm of average intelligence, I think, and it's nice to be able to see how others answer. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion whatever that should be. I don't say that unkindly, just that we are free to choose the answers we like best for whatever reason. Good question.

At least they picked a best answer. It really annoys me when people don't bother to pick one.

Yes is a common English word indicating agreement or acceptance. It is the opposite of no. It is often replaced by "yeah", "yea", "yep" (with various spellings, including "yup"), "uh-huh", "ayuh", (generally used only in Maine), "aye", "ah" and "are" (used in the English Midlands and South-West respectively), "abuli", "Chupper" (used only in some Australian regions)

I'm mainly annoyed by many of the idiotic question that are posted on here. Excluding yours of course. Your question makes alot of sense.
