Here are some ideas:
1. You are drawn to the thrill seeking behaviors of these people. They are not boring and some find they like these exciting (others would say risky, stupid, etc) behaviors.
2. It's a great way to vent anger at those in authority (Mom, Dad, step dad, whoever).
3. It's a habit. Now that you have a reputation for friends who like life in the fast lane, your reputation draws in those kind and scare off the better quality people.
4.You don't think much of yourself and don't see yourself going anywhere, so your friends match.
5. You have this thing where you want to help people out and find yourself drawn to them. In short, you want to fix them.

That's what I have witnessed in those drawn to bad friends. It's a guess. Your reasons may vary. I find for a lot of people it's reasons 2 and 4, but I have seen/heard all 5 of the ones I listed. Who knows? Maybe you can find a friend who will break the mold and you can start a new reputation. Hope it goes well for you.

Because you are comfortable with that kind of person. The problem is, they are not good for you. You probably need to experiment with going outside your comfort zone, and using logic instead of feelings to choose your friends. You will get used to good people after you spend enough time with them.

All my friends were always older or younger then me. Because I hated when others with the same age like me acted stupid. Maybe You are someone like me?

Perhaps you are not choosing. In your attempt to fit in and be accepted, you may have allowed yourself to be "chosen." Think about it.
