why is my nose bleeding?

its always worse frist thing in the morn. as soon as i wake up i will have 2 blow my nose and its all blood not a lot but still no snot just blood. i dont think its sinuses bc i dont have any pain or other symptoms i am starting 2 worry that it could be something serious any ideas?

I get nose bleeds because the air is dry in my room. It could be that. Also if you breath thru your nose when you sleep that may set it off. Some people are just more apt to getting nose bleeds
