it doesn't have to be the exact time to the minute. I have trouble remembering my pills, too.

Put them somewhere obvious that you will see daily as you go about your normal routine. I put mine on top of the microwave. That way in the morning when I am microwaving my tea, I see them and remember to take them.

In the past, I put them on the night table next to my bed; I made it part of my nightly routine, brush my teeth, take out my contacts, wash my face, take my pill, set my alarm for morning. That worked for me too, but now my schedule has changed, and my routine has changed, so now I take it in the morning.

My step-mother takes hers every night with various other vitamins at supper time. (I think most people try to take them when they're having a meal or snack.)

Find a time and a routine of yours that you can combine it with so that you remember. It's mostly about leaving them where you see them, where they are easily accessible, and where you will always have them!

If you make it part of your toiletry routine, it will be just as easy to remember even if you're spending the night somewhere other than home, you always brush your teeth, right? So take your pill, too! :)

Create a routine for yourself so that you take it at the same time every day. I take mine as soon as I get up in the morning -- when I go into the bathroom to take a shower, I take my pill first.

You can try putting the pills in front of your toothbrush or something, so that you'll have a reminder to take them before you brush your teeth in the morning.

Or you can do what my sister-in-law does, she has an alarm set on her watch for the same time every day and when it beeps, it's time to take her pill.

start having casual sex and then you will be scarred again about getting pregnet and you will start taking your pill on time all the time again
or do what the other people said and set an alarm for the same time each day or put it somewhere obviouse

(o and if you do decided to just to have sex.. use protection becaue you would have a couple other problems other then getting pregnet)

I wear a watch that has an alarm on it to go off at 10 pm every night. I am so forgetful and it's the only method that has worked for me.

Put them with your toothbrush, or something else that you use regularly & you should be able to remember to take them.
