LOL You kill me. No, but I should make him keep one on him at all times, in case I need something.

I did have a walkie talkie that we used right after my hubby had open heart surgery. It disappeared right after he was back on his feet.

Not my hubby, after 18 years he still helps with the dishes, laundry, kids, etc. and always brings me home a Timmie's and stops by for a nice hot homemade lunch whenever he can!

HELL NO! My husband loves and respects me. It's very rare that my husband has to ask me to do anything for him, I usually volunteer to do things for him. Unless I'm headed for the kitchen already, my husband will get up to get his own sandwich or drink.

What do you mean by "make you"? No one can force you to do anything (at least, not in this country.) If you think it's stupid, don't do it. If he continues to be stupid, leave him. I strongly oppose divorce, but I also strongly oppose slavery. Jesus says, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it" (Ephesians 5:25). What Jesus did out of love for the church was die. Tell your husband that's what God wants him to do: die to self and live for the woman he promised to love, honor, and cherish.
