what would be the first law u pass, or thing u do. I would ban all guns so people would stop shooting eachother.... PS: its a fun question, so just say the first thing that comes to mind.

No, it isn't good. The subject matter is interesting and it could potentially be good, but right now, there are far too many errors in grammar and spelling. And you use some peculiar words - for example, when you talk about 'sand that was inscribe with egyptain kings and queens' - that makes no sense at all. I'm not sure what you are trying to say, but sand isn't inscribed with kings and queens - or with anyone, for that matter. There are a lot of sentence fragments and run-on phrases and then, in the middle of all this, you say 'My mother reached to take my hand," etc.etc. you've gone from third person to first person all in the same paragraph and haven't introduced either of your characters. So - the bottom line is, you've got a lot of work to do. But one of the skills that writers have to develop is the ability to revise, rewrite, edit and improve - so start working on those skills.

Stop all wars.
Pass laws to provide education to all.
Make sure women are made leaders of all countries, too many are run by patriarchal societies.
Make sure that each family has 10 acres to raise their own food on. And provide education for those who don't know how to grow their own food, gardening and animal husbandry.
Make solar energy and alternative fuels available to all. Put in more water filtration systems.
Limit air travel for several years. And force auto manufacturers to make extremely efficient multi-fuel vehicles.
Educate everyone on what we can do to slow down pollution.
Globalize health care.
Educate everyone on zero population growth.
Several more things that I'm sure are very controversial.

I'd make every day a holiday, like Christmas, and hopefully people would begin to few each day as a gift and look forward to tomorrow and the day after that. If each day was a holiday maybe, just maybe stress and depression would decrease and people would find that life is a little better.
