when i was working in a 20 bed psychiatric facility and was grabbed around the throat. i couldn't get loose and i passed out due to lack of oxygen. while i was out i was beat in the face and had my head beat against the door and a knuckle drove into my temple. got a nice head injury with that one. the next day of corse i went back for more!
