No, this is just another stupid rumor. There are Mexican men that are jerks, but there are also a lot of American, Japanese, Korean, Black, Italian, Canadian, etc. that are jerks, too. Mexican women are not the submissive kind you see in movies. If their man is treating them badly they'll tell them off with no problem.
