They pay about $7.25 but you also split the tips the store gets in 2 weeks (on average it's atleast $150, depends on the store and how much customers tip). Plus they give you full benefits (dental, vision, medical insurance)

Not sure about salary - depends on the area you live in. But I do know you get free coffee - and I'd work there just for that! :)

It depends on where you live in the world i know texas is 6.50 an hour.
