I was molested by my older brother growing up. I developed a lot of problems because of it. Social Phobia is one, I could not go out for a long time because I thought people could tell just by looking at me. I felt like it was tattoo on my forehead. I also, had trust issues which is a part of social phobia. I have been in therapy for a long time which has helped a ton. I just have to take it one day at a time.

When a child is molested sometimes the symptoms won't show up until they reach puberty and social phobia is 1 symptom.

Well being molested is an embarrassing situation. Social phobia is a marked and persistent fear of social or performance situations in which embarrassment may occur.

It is a logical consequence. An abused child learns the world is a dangerous place. Years later this can cause all kinds of problems. Social anxiety is just one.

Somethig like that would make it hard making friends. I can't imaginie being molested. I've got a half-brothered who served time for molestation. All he did was call our father to try getting money out of him. I haven't seen Brother Dearest since '89. I've seen him only twice. After getting out of jail, I hardly hear from him. He talks about seein my sister and me---taking a pix of the three of us. I don't get along with Sister Dearest either; she's my whole sister.

the percentages are solid yet till you've data and data dont bypass pointing fingers and dont initiate fake accusations in public as he would have you ever arrested for harassment and slander. wait till you've data of it inclusive of undemanding urinary infections or yeast infections shyness from newborn newborn no longer wanting to bypass to school or kinfolk purposes feigned diseases that are impulsively or she shows shyness about her body or around the different sex. different clues will be worry of going to sleep or waking up in the midst of the evening for no reason loner syndrome(wanting to be continually on my own) clkingyness (wanting to be with someone alot and not in any respect prefer to bypass domicile) stuff like that believe me youll understand it if he's there are alot of indications which will educate it

I guess that after they get molested by someone that they once trusted, they feel as though someone that they don't even know will do it to them.Or they feel as though they can't trust anyone.
(thats just my guess.I'm going to research that now).
