eyeliner help!!?

Question

everytime i put on eyeliner it closes my eyes up. naturally my eyes ate small but i want to open them up and make them look big and pretty how can i apply the eyeliner so it does that. any other tips on eyeliner can help me a lot!

Just put some eyeliner on the outside edge of your bottom lid. That will make the illusion that your eyes are longer. Also, don't go completely black. Go for dark browns, if you have green eyes, use a dark mahogany, or a dark purple, that will make your eyes pop!! I have hazel-green eyes and I used the dark purple and silver on top. My boyfriend told me that my eyes never looked so beautiful. Play with different things. I read now that the little wing on the corner makes you have longer, more aisan eyes. Just have fun!!

(Assuming you have blonde hair) Use some brown mascara on your lower AND upper lashes. put a little shimmery liner, maybe a gold, starting from the bottom inside corner, but not going all the way to the other end. Use a brown liner the same color as the mascara to draw a small line from where your top eyelashes end slightly upwards, in the corner. Also try some shimmery, neutral-toned shadow, and some highlighter along the brow bone.

I have small eyes aswell. I started using this cheap but great liquid eye liner (NYC). Because your eyes are small dont go the whole way with the eye lines just go half way. You can also try just using it on the bottom of you eye or just the top. Another tip that helps your eye "pop" is using white eye liner on the bottom of your eyes you will look like a innocent doll! I don't wear it myself-eye liner, but have tried. I read somewhere that to open up your eye you should shadow the lid and only wear lash liner on the upper lids. It keeps the eye open without looking made up. If you want to dress it up, do the same but spread powder on your lower lid, wait a minute and sketch something light colored - smokey grey, for example. Good luck!

*Thinner brows.
*Thin eyeliner. Even white eyeliner.
*Winged eyeliner.
*Light eyeshadow shades. (Pastels and light neutrals.)
*Shimmery eyemakeup.
*Highlighter on the brow bone.
*Highlighter on the inner corner of your eyes.
*Muted lips.

*Never do a smokey eye if you want your eye to appear larger.
*Darker shades will make your eyes appear smaller.
*Only line your top lid, and at least line thinner on the bottom.

if they dont look wide enough heres a tip: put the eyliner on from only the center to the outter edges it will make them look wider

if they dont look open enough: dont put it in a thick line put a thin line and mascara becuz if u have it in a thick line it will make them look smaller
