starting your own fashion line is going to take ALOT more than an answer from YA...Used to work for the corporate offices of a company that started out in the denim only business... worked in both Production offices and for Distribution Analyzation.
Some thoughts to ponder
what age group are u aiming for
price breakdown and expected profit per pair of jeans
production costs
if you are making it overseas, need to find out more info about trade commerce
where are you planning on selling your jeans - if you're thinking about selling them in retail stores...you need to consider supply to each store not just one store
who is going to do your product and sales analyzation - because that predicts what your future denim trends will be
where are you going to get the initial capital to start up the business
etc.

Get advice from friends and family and people whose opinion matters to you. Ask them what they think would be a good name. You could name it after anything: a nickname, your first pet, it doesn't make a difference. You need to get a bunch of people who will wear your new line and show them off to people. I designed my own pants and I had everyone asking where I got them. I told them that they were one-of-a kind and that I had made and designed them. The world is open to you. Good Luck!!!! I am also trying to start a fashion line, but it is more for fun corporate women, not really jeans.

Type in your engine using keywords to find out about fashion design, personally I don't know much about it myself, my buisness interests do differ, where as my area is wholesale, but I know so so so many times I come across domaines for just such a thing, I would also look into small buis sites as well, there are dozens and especially learn about the legality of it all, licenses, permits, and what kind of buisness entity you will need to file under ( LLC, for example) with state and fed/ IRS and so forth, for tax number, You will need to protect your own specific needs and products, and from liability, and it's best to consult a lawyer. You could always call your line...." Get in my pants!"

We need some background info... Something like that should be catchy but most importantly someting pertaining to you. Maybe something unique to your style. Or something emphasizing the thing that sets your jeans apart from the rest. As far as getting started, that just depends. Will you also be fabicating the jeans yourself or just designing them? I'm sure you can find literature on the business aspects of it.

oh, you're funny. business plan at the snap of a finger? You're going to have to do some grunt work in the fashion industry to figure that one out... and that doesn't mean working at macy's.
