that should be prophase, then the chromosomes line up athe center of the cell during metaphase, chromatids separate and migrate to the poles along the spindle fibers during anaphase, then the nuclear membranes start to form and telophase shows the chromatids unwinding into chromatin. then Cytokinesis you have two identical cells
