You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

Click at Start Button, if recycle bin is there, right click on it and send to desktop. if not then go to start and search for recycle bin then create short cut! i hope that helps!

Right click on your desktop and select properties. Click on the desktop tab. Then click on customize desktop... you can set icons here. Click on the recycle bin icon and select restore defaults.

- Continue with the restore

Well u can try t odo a system restore if u know about when it was deleted.Hope this helps.
