I am moving, definitly, on August 4th this year. I know that i want palm trees, beaches, good weather, a good overall atmosphere, and preferrably low crime rate. I also need the area to be affordable, $700 a month for rent... Based on experiences, where is the best place to live based on what i want?

Western Samoa...plenty of palm trees, lots of nice beaches, natives are insanely friendly, nice weather, rent (if you can find a building with walls) will be insignificant....

Hawaii!! I went there on a holiday last year and i loved it! met heaps of americans from the mainland who are living there and have been for years and they are in love with the place. if I was from the US I would move there.

San Diego .. except you won't find it in your price range. I don't know that you will find the other places mentioned in your price range either, that is gonna be tough.
San Diego is a neat place to be though.
